The Blue Wave is Rolling Again!

Welcome to the new, improved Blue Wave News. We hope you're as happy to see us as we are to be back up and running again.

One month ago, this blog was dealt a blow when someone hacked our host's server and deleted our entire site. Rather than hastily toss up a replacement right away, we decided to change hosts and platforms (switching from Wordpress to Blogger) and make some other changes while we were at it. Once we were knee-deep in this process, we remembered that we're political bloggers with the web-design chops of several really smart golden retrievers, which is why resurrecting BWN has taken a whole month.

But now, after four weeks of trial and error, copious cursing, and a few tears of frustration, we're back. For those who may be mourning the loss of eight months of political commentary and analysis, rest assured that we have all of the content of the original site available (including comments), but are still working on converting it for upload to the new site. In the meantime, we'll be manually adding some of the more recent posts from before the crash.

More importantly, we'll be hard at work bringing you new analysis of what's happening in politics right now. We may have missed a month, but we'll try not to miss anything from here on out.

Note to commenters: Unlike our previous incarnation, this platform has no mechanism for registering with the site. To comment on our posts, you will need to either create a Blogger account or sign in to your Google account while reading our blog. Both are free and easy to do and will give you access to the comment form.
